01. My Passion in Spare Time

Photography as a hobby

I was a journalism major in the past. I audited a short documentary course and ever since, photography has become my passion in my spare time and I do a lot of self-teaching. I care deeply about humanity and social justice issues as a whole. I am inspired by my friends, a few of whom have experienced hardship. I want to use my lens to document some precious and joyful moments for them and their families. What I also enjoy is the serendipity of meeting strangers.  As a lover of the "Humans of New York" type of stories, I often volunteer to take some pictures of them.

02. Friend's Family

Brave Boy

Laura is a good friend of mine. She is an inspiration for me. She has a brave, courageous and resilient boy I couldn't be more proud of.

02. Social Movement

Women's March

I lived in New York City when the 2016 presidential election took place. Some pictures of Women's March on Fifth Avenue in New York City in 2017.
